Liquide Pool Bar
Following the perfect start to the day, it’s time to relax by the pool at Liquide. The beautiful oasis in the city features a 24-metre-long outdoor pool and Liquide Pool Bar. Here, you can find respite from the city, relax in sun loungers, enjoy a choice of mineral waters, a menu of light bites and Sofitel’s Delight menu selection for our health-conscious guests, or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Our poolside area is also a renowned venue for glamorous events such as pool parties, weddings and fashion shows.
All day dining
At lunchtime, it’s back to Voilà! Our signature all day dining venue Voilà!, elevates buffet dining to new heights with a Cuisines on Stage concept and the slow cooking techniques. With live cooking stations preparing à la minute dishes to your taste, and pass around delights served tableside, dining at Voilà! is a memorable interactive experience. Highlights include succulent spit-roast chicken from La Rôtisserie, and authentic Thai temptations. Diners can also indulge in the French passion for fruits de mer with classics such as saffron-infused bouillabaisse, lobster au gratin, moules marinières, and platters overflowing with the catch of the day. To end, there are enticing homemade ice creams and delicious patisseries, and La Fromagerie, a room featuring French and other European artisan cheeses. Belga Rooftop Bar & Brasserie
Bangkok’s firstBelgian-themed brasserie and bar opens its doors on Wednesday 28th of November 2018 at one of the city’s most popular and dynamic rooftop venues. Belga Rooftop Bar & Brasserie sits on the 32nd floor of the hotel. The space was formerly home to L’Appart and the décor combines dark wood finishes with impressive tapestries. The brasserie seats 146 covers with 52 seats inside and 94 seats on the panoramic terrace that provides guests with stunning sunset views over Bangkok. Belga also features an open kitchen and a copper beer tap positioned at the heart of the brasserie. Guests are invited to sample each month’s special beer poured direct from the tap. The entrance to Belga is both exclusive and impressive. There is a dedicated express lift taking guests to the 32^nd floor with a personalised meet and greet service.
The Wine Boutique
